Esther Oh

Esther is our founder, Chair and Director in charge of Australia and New Zealand region who specialises in growing companies with business optimisation and globalisation strategies, while managing risks and improving clients performance. Her industry experience ranges across resources, finance, technology, construction, industrial, education and government projects.

Having won many awards over 25 years, Esther is a respected Judge for the prestigious Stevies' International Business Awards in Management. She trains executives and lectures at universities for the MBA and Master of Professional Accounting programs. As the founding Chairwoman for the CPAs in Leadership Forum for CPA Australia, she is the subject matter expert in Digital Finance and Global Strategy & Leadership for Pearson VUE International. She also served as a Non-Executive Director on several boards and committees of in both public and private sectors, including CITIC Pacific Mining, Challenger Institute of Technology (Ministerial appointment), CPA Western Australia Divisional Council, Curtin University, Edith Cowan University and Commissioner for a SME exporter in Indonesia.

Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Taiwanese, Bahasa Indonesia, Malay and Japanese, Esther is a Fellow Certified Practising Accountant (FCPA), Certified Scrum Master, PRINCE2 Agile practitioner, qualified in Certified Risk Management Assurance from the Institute of Internal Auditors and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor, Certified Health Informatician Australasia, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Red Hat Certified Engineer with a Master in Commercial and Resources Law from the University of Western Australia and double degrees in Commerce (Accounting) and Business Systems (Information Technology) from Monash University. 

Freddie Wong

Freddie is our Partner responsible for Hong Kong and China region. He is also the Founding Partner of S.L. Wong & Co. Certified Public Accountants and Business Full Consultants management consultancy, specialising in cross border international accounting, tax, compliance, audit, finance and business advisory with over 35 years of experience.

Freddie is also an independent Non-Executive Director of GT Group Holdings, Bank of Dazhou Co Limited and Chengdu Taihe Health Technology Group Limited. He holds a number of honorary positions including the Honorary Treasurer of the Lions Club of Beacon Hill, Hong Kong and an Accountant Ambassador of the Hong Kong institute of Certified Public Accountants.

 

Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Taiwanese, Freddie is a Certified Public Accountant (Practising) in Hong Kong and a Fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong and the Society of Chinese Accountants and Auditors in China.

Martin is our Partner for the South East Asian & Middle East region, with over 30 years international trade, import, export, production and infrastructure projects implementation experience across government, resources, energy, production, supply chain management, industrial manufacturing and technology sectors.
As a qualified Master trainer in the Theory of Constraints and practitioner of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma, he is a director and trusted advisor of resources, commodities and industrial manufacturing companies across the region to help them maximise productivity and profitability while minimising costs and wastage. 
Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Bahasa Indonesian, Martin graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Computer Science.
